For us:

Citizen/Customer Experience is the focus of all strategy and transformation. A transformation cannot be a success without a proper experience design.

“Technology for the sake of technology” type transformations have little chance to be successful. Technology is an enabler and tool for the greater goal, which is: delivering the optimum citizen/customer experience.

All strategic decisions are strictly dependent on “data”. Knowing which data to use, which criteria to apply and conducting the right analysis calls for good domain knowledge and creativity.

In all operational transformations, citizen /customer experience and employee/manager experience run parallel and cannot be isolated.

All transformations should take behavioral factors into account and manage them well.
