Cem’s career includes technology and management consulting. Prior to founding Perita Analytics, Cem has worked at some of the largest technology companies and then at Deloitte Consulting where he worked for 16 years, 5 years of which was as the Public Sector Leader and Partner. Cem also led Deloitte Turkey Consulting practice as the partner in charge between 2018-2019.

Cem has led several large-scale strategy and transformation projects in Turkey especially in the domain of public health, life sciences, disaster management and energy, funded by international finance institutions (World Bank, EBRD, FCO, EU, etc.). Some of the iconic transformations that he led include social security reform, institutional optimization of customs and trade, planning of health investments, market access studies for life sciences companies, post-privatization restructuring (technology and institutional) of electricity distribution companies.

Cem holds a BSc in Computer Engineering (Bilkent University, ‘95) and an MSc in Computer Engineering METU, ‘98). He is a PMI certified project manager, holding PMP Project management title since 2005.
